Andrew was able to go to his first overnighter with the Boy scouts. He was a bit reluctant to go but thats what parenting is all about right? Making your kids do things they dont want to do.
He got to do so much cool stuff I wont be able to write about it all.
Thats my boy always being silly and never standing still.
They learned how to rescue someone from the water.
They learned how to do a flag ceremony.
They learned how to tie knots.
They learned how to identfy plants.
He is to cool for his own good.
He got to make a rocket.
He loves to draw and illistrate
They even got to shoot the rockets off.
Winlock and Toledo boys and leaders.
I am glad he was able to go and have a great time.

Good heavens! That brings back memories. I would have to hazard a guess that it wasn't a true scout camp because it appears he came back home without either 1) burns or 2) cuts. It always seemed that at scout camps that more than half of the scouts came back with bandaged fingers or singed hair when it was all said and done.
